LLOYD W. REICK
AGE: 87 LACEY TWP.
Lloyd W. Reick, 87, of the Forked River section of Lacey Township, died Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. He was a Navy Veteran of WWII. Mr. Reick was employed for 25 years with the City of Perth Amboy as a firefighter before retiring over 20 years ago.Born in Perth Amboy, he resided for most of his life there before moving to the Forked River section of Lacey Township 22 years ago.
He was predeceased by his wife, Doris C., in July 2008. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, William J. and Sharon Reick, Forked River; a daughter and son-in-law, Kim Ellen and Gene White, Toms River; a sister, Gladys Kerr, Metuchen, NJ; six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 2-4 & 7-9 Wednesday, March 31st at Layton's Home For Funerals, (609) 971-6800, 250 W. Lacey Road, Forked River, Lacey. Relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. from the funeral home where a funeral service will be offered at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Alpine Cemetery, Perth Amboy, NJ.
