Lucia Natale Obituary
Montebello, CA - Lucia Natale, age 101 of Montebello, CA, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, November 24, 2017.
Born in Italy, she immigrated to the United States with her family in 1962. She had lived in Plainfield and then North Plainfield before moving to California 27 years ago.
Lucy enjoyed a long and fulfilling life as a housewife and mother. She gave birth to 13 children of which six have survived her. She adored her family and was happiest when spending time with them. She loved gardening and had a real gift for growing things.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Luigi in 1971.
Lucy is survived by her loving children, Domenica Infante of FL, Carmela Sandoval and her husband, John of CA, Joseph and his wife, Dianne of Whitehouse Station, Francesco and his wife, Debi of Washington, NJ, Tony of FL and Salvatore of CA. She is also survived by her 11 cherished grandchildren and 15 treasured great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 9:30 AM at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse, NJ 08888.
Friends may visit with the family on Friday, December 8 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, 1401 Woodland Ave., Scotch Plains, NJ 07076.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hunterdon Hospice, 2100 Wescott Drive, Flemington, NJ 08822.
