MARGARET M. MADGER
AGE: 84 SPOTSWOOD
Margaret M. Madger, 84, of Monroe Twp., formerly of Spotswood, died Thursday, Jan. 14, 2010 at Wynwood at Forsgate, Monroe Twp. Born in Perth Amboy, Mrs. Madger was raised in the Fords section of Woodbridge Twp. until moving to Spotswood in 1952. She settled in Monroe Twp. 5 years ago. She was a home health aide with Middlesex County for many years before her retirement. She was a long time member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church of Spotswood, as well as a member of the church's Altar Guild. She was also active in the Girl Scouts during her years in Spotswood.
Predeceased by her husband, Steven A. Madger, Jr. in 1996, and her daughter, Karen M. Farrell in 2008, she is survived by a daughter, Kathleen Madger of Kunkletown, PA; a son, Steven A. Madger, III of Harpursville, NY; two sisters, Ann Jankowski and Dorothy Ward; two grandsons and, two great-grandsons.
Graveside services will be held at 11:15 AM, Monday at Layton Cemetery, Layton (Sandyston Twp.) Sussex County, under the direction of Spotswood Funeral Home, 475 Main Street, Spotswood.

I remember with fun memories of being a girl scout in troop 63 in Spotswood and living "up" the street from you and your family.We went on the greates campiing trips and your parents were so much fun and patient with all of us. May God bless you, Barbara Osterman Tomaszewski
