Olga Kuchma passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2016 at University of Florida Hospital in Gainesville, Fl. She was 76 years old.

Born in Carteret, she has resided in Woodbridge for 50 years and has spent her winters in Holiday Park, North Port, FL since 1999.

Mrs. Kuchma worked as an executive Secretary for 35 years through J&J Temporary Agency of Edison at various companies including Engelhard, Hess Oil, Midlantic Bank and Margaretten and Company; and was also First Mate "Jolly Olle" to Captain John aboard the Jackpot II charter fishing boat out of Sewaren.

She belonged to the Hungarian Reformed Church of Woodbridge and was a former member of Woodbridge United Methodist Church, where she served as secretary to the Administrative Board from 1988 until 2000 and belonged to the UMW Club and Women's Club there.

Mrs. Kuchma also belonged to the Golden Girls Investment Club and Midlantic Girls Club and was Chair of the Carteret High School Class of 1958 Reunion Committee, a Woodbridge Township Girl Scout Leader and a Notary Public.

Olga was predeceased by her parents, Pearl Szabo Markus and Stephen J. Markus II; and a sister, Alice Davis.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, John D. Kuchma, Sr.; her children, Joan Kopervas and her husband, Gary, of Marlton and John D. Kuchma, Jr. and his wife, Amy, of Fords; two brothers, Steve Markus and his wife, Rosalie, of Fort Myers, FL and Bill Markus and his wife, Viola, of Kingwood; grandchildren, Kyle, Kenneth, Kevin, Breanna, Kate and Danielle; and 13 nieces and nephews.

A memorial visitation will take place on Sunday, May 22, 2016 from 2:00 until 5:00 p.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home (www.costello-greiner.com), 44 Green Street at Barron Avenue, Woodbridge.
