AGE: 83 • North Brunswick
Oliver Lawrence Fisher, 83, of North Brunswick died Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014. He was born in New Brunswick, NJ. He was a veteran of the US Army. He was a retired Deputy Warden at Middlesex County Adult Correction Center, No. Brunswick. He was a member of Men & Women For Justice, Policemen Benevolent Asso. # 152A.
Predeceased by two siblings, Sammie and Bobbie James. Surviving are two children, Calvin E. Fisher and Michael L. Fisher; mother, Ruth Edmonds James; a grandson, Calvin E. Fisher "CJ"; four siblings, Allan, Parker, Clarence and Bea James.
Visitation will be Sunday 2-4pm at Anderson Funeral Service, 201 Sanford Ave., New Brunswick. Another Viewing will be held on Monday, September 29, 2014 at 10 am, until the time of Funeral Service at 11 am, at First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens, 771 Somerset St., Somerset. Burial will be held at Elmwood Cemetery, No. Brunswick.
