Owen Allen Obituary
Owen Allen, 88, passed away on July 22, 2021 at John F. Kennedy Medical Center in Edison, NJ. Born in Bartons of St. Catherine, Jamaica, he lived in Rahway. Owen was a taxi driver for many years before his retirement. He was a member of Second Baptist Church in Rahway.
Owen is survived by his sons Desmond and Dexter Allen; his daughter, Claudette Allen and his sister, Ruth Freckleton.
Viewing will be held on Monday morning, August 2 from 10 to 11 am at Jones Funeral Home, 247 Elm Avenue, Rahway. Funeral services will start after the visitation at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery in Linden.
Arrangements are by the Jones Funeral Home, Rahway.
