Richard Noel Staton

Somerset - Richard Noel Staton, 70 passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2017. Born on December 25, 1947 in Plainfield, NJ to the late Richard and Fannie Staton.

Richard graduated Piscataway High School, served in the U.S. Army and graduated Rutgers University. He was employed by American Cyanamid, Johnson & Johnson, Continental Insurance, Prudential Insurance and Chase Financial where he held positions in Finance and Marketing.

Predeceased by his sisters, Queenola Shider and Deborah Staton; brothers, Gilbert, Clarence (Theresa) and Douglas Staton. He is survived by his wife Barbara Staton, beloved aunt Catherine Stewart, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held at Zion Hill Baptist Church, 450 Highland Ave., Piscataway, NJ on Friday, December 29, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. followed by 11:00 funeral service.

Mausoleum entombment in Franklin Memorial Park, North Brunswick 10:30 a.m., Saturday, December 30, 2017.
