Robert Botti Obituary
AGE: 63 • Rahway
Mr. Robert H. "Bob" Botti, 63 died Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at home. He was born in Newark, and lived in Rahway for the past 40 years. Robert was a Project Manager for United Cooling Refrigeration Inc. in Roselle for 10 years, retiring in 2009. Prior to that, he worked for Delta Engineering in Newark as a Project Manager for 20 years and also was a member of the Pipefitter Refrigeration Local 475 of Newark. Mr. Botti was a communicant of St. John Vianney RC Church in Colonia and a 3rd degree member of the Knights of Columbus John Paul I, Council 6571 in Colonia. An avid woodworker who enjoyed finishing furniture, Robert was also an avid sports fan and coach. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, coach and will be missed by all.
Mr. Botti is predeceased by his father and mother Joseph and Gladys Botti. He is survived by his wife, Pamela (nee Shepherd) of 42 years, one daughter, Ginny and her husband, New Brunswick Police Sergeant William Oels III, one son Rahway Police Officer Douglas Botti, two brothers Joseph and Thomas, one sister Janet Knoth and three grandchildren, Micaela, Rhiannon and Leila and also by his loving cats, Venus and Pepe.
Funeral Services will take place on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 8:30am from the Lehrer-Gibilisco Funeral Home, 275 West Milton Avenue, Rahway, NJ 07065 followed by a 9:30am funeral mass at St. John Vianney RC Church, Colonia. Cremation Rosehill Crematory, Linden. Visitation is on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 from 2-4 pm and 7-9pm at the funeral home. www.lehrergibilisco.com

Bobby was my best friend in jr high and was always a friend I came to see when I came home from the Seminary. Just a nice, sweet man, with a lovely, REAL family. My sister Nanc and Janet were friends too.
