Robert T. Sculthorpe

AGE: 71 • Freehold Twp.

Robert T. Sculthorpe, 71, of Freehold Township, died at his residence after an extended illness. He was born in Wall, and had lived in Howell before moving to Freehold Township three years ago. He was a crane operator at Earle Naval Base, Colts Neck, until his retirement 20 years ago. Prior to that, Bob had worked at Lakehurst Naval Air Station, Lakehurst.

He is survived by his wife, Ellen Sculthorpe; two sons, Robert Sculthorpe, Jr. and his wife, Nicole, of Hampstead, NC; and William Sculthorpe and his wife, Cindy, of Freehold Township; three daughters, Robyn Sculthorpe of Freehold Township, Ashley Sculthorpe of Eatontown; and Stephanie Sculthorpe of Freehold Township; one brother, James Sculthorpe of Wall Township; and six grandchildren, Robert, Joseph, Madelyn, Thomas, Brenna and Kaylin.
