ROSE PATANIA
AGE: 94 EAST BRUNSWICK
Rose Patania, 94, died Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at Sunrise Assisted Living, East Brunswick. Born in Manhattan, NY, Mrs. Patania resided in The Bronx, NYC. Prior to her retirement at the age of 78, Mrs. Patania was an inventory supervisor at Loehmann's, Riverdale, NY. She was a former parishioner at St. Theresa's RC Church in the Bronx, NY and currently was a parishioner at St. Bartholomew's RC Church, East Brunswick.
She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Patania, Sr., who died in 1987. Surviving are two sons, Thomas, Jr. of Piscataway, and Anthony of Phoenixville, PA; five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, May 18, at 8:45AM in The Brunswick Memorial Home, 454 Cranbury Rd., East Brunswick, followed by a 9:30AM Mass of Christian Burial at St. Bartholomew's RC Church, East Brunswick. Interment will follow at St. Raymond's Cemetery in The Bronx, NY. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday, 2-4 & 7-9PM. For directions, please visit www.brunswickmemorialhome.com.
