SADIE A. SANDERS
AGE: 98 METUCHEN
Sadie died peacefully Sunday, May 23, 2010, at her home in Metuchen. She lived a good and full 98 years. She spent most of her life in Kingston, Pa. and moved to NJ in 2001.
She is survived by her children, Margaret LaBarr of Metuchen, Susan Sanders of Sausalito, Calif., and Morgan Sanders of Bolinas, Calif.; her grandchildren, Mark and Derek LaBarr, Ian Gaffney, Megan Powers, Hailey and Ryhs Sanders; and her great-grandchildren, Owein, Jack, Mimi, Mae and Nicky.
She was a member and deacon at Westmoor Church of Christ and belonged to a number of clubs and organizations in the area. She was a teller at the First Valley Bank in Kingston and had worked with her husband, Morgan in the Kingston Tax Office in the 1950's. This lady lived her life with grace and beauty. She was a compassionate caregiver to family and friends. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
A service to celebrate her life will be held in PA at a later date. Arrangements were made by Costello-Runyon Funeral Home, Metuchen.
