AGE: 65 • Fords

Salvatore Fidilio, 65, of Fords, NJ, passed away on March 7, 2015, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. Born in Pachino, Sicily, Italy, he resided in Fords since 1985. Salvatore was a haircutter/barber by trade. In 1981, he opened Sal's Clip Joint and was the Owner/Operator for 23 years.

He is survived by his three children: Tina Musolino and Frank Fidilio, both of New York, and Samantha Fidilio of Fords. He is also survived by three grandchildren: Torrell Salvatore Gilliam, and Ralph and Matthew Musolino.

Visitation will be on Friday, March 13, from 7-9 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ 08863. Funeral service will be on Saturday at 10:30 am at the funeral home. I did not find out about Sal's passing until this morning 3/16. I am heartbroken. I will always have a special place in my heart for Sally. We love you. Kim and Max

Our deepest condolences go out to Sal's family. We were so sorry to hear of his passing. He was a nice man. So funny and always full of life. it is sad to know he's gone. RIP Sally. Our prayers are with you and your family.
