Sharon (Lyons) Burns

AGE: 57 • East Brunswick

Sharon (Lyons) Burns died on Monday, January 25, 2016, at home. She was 57. Born in South Amboy, she resided in Old Bridge before moving to East Brunswick in 2006. Sharon worked as a sales clerk at JC Penney in the East Brunswick Mall.

She was predeceased by her husband, Stephen Burns, in 2005; her parents, James and Louise Lyons; and her brother, James Lyons, in 2006. Surviving are her son, Joseph Costa, of East Brunswick; her brother, John Lyons, of Sayreville; two sisters, Kathy Wasko and her husband, Michael, of Sayreville, and Barbara Kawecki of Utah; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call on Friday, from 6-8 pm, at The BRUNSWICK MEMORIAL HOME, 454 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick. Cremation will be private. For directions please visit www.brunswickmemorialhome.com. Memorial contributions may be made to Childrens Miracle Network at www.cmnwi.org

Aunt Sharon
