Stanley Gretkowski Obituary
AGE: 93 • South Amboy
Stanley Gretkowski, 93, of South Amboy passed away Friday August 30, 2013 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy. Born in Glen Lyon, Pennsylvania he had resided in Bayonne before moving to South Amboy in 1994. Mr. Gretkowski was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
He is predeceased by his wife Kathryn Gretkowski and his siblings Joseph, Jennie, Ann, Felix and Walter. Surviving are his son Philip Caputo, his grandsons Brian, Michael and Nick and his great grandchildren Jeffrey, Scott and Riley.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday 8pm at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane Parlin, with private burial to follow at NJ Veterans Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ. Calling hours at the funeral home will be held Tuesday from 6 pm to 9 pm. Letters of condolence may be sent to the family at www.spezzifu neralhome.com
