My husband and I have been fortunate to be patients of Dr. Dwivedi ever since she began with Monmouth Family Medicine. We began our relationship as doctor and patient and quickly became friends. As has been mentioned in all the tributes, she was truly a caring involved doctor who made each paitent feel as if they were her only patient. Always listening carefully to all problems, follow up calls in the evening to discuss results...truly a wonderful person. A few years ago, I went through one of the most difficult times in my life as we sorted through a medical mystery that had me in constant pain. Dr. Dwivedi was with me in every way as we worked through tests, specialists, medications until we found an answer. She was my angel and my friend. I will never forget what she did for me. Shortly after she became ill I wrote to her. She called me and we talked and laughed and promised to stay in touch. I know my prayers will keep that promise. Our deepest sympathy to her husband and children who we talked about often.

What a wonderful compassionate doctor I was blessed to have met. While I was a patient of Dr. Dwivedi for only a few years, it only took a 10 minute appointment with her to see that she was a kind-hearted individual that one could never forget. She had a beautiful soul. May she rest in peace and may her family rejoice in the wonderful memories of such a beautiful woman.

When I was told my regular doctor was not able to see me I thought"oh no i'm not going to like this". All of a sudden a knock on the door and this adorable spunky little thing with the biggest warm smile said "hello there, how are you?" I immediatly fel kin love.. She was the best. Always listened with her ears and her heart. She fought for me when my insurance company put up road blocks...and she won! Because of her I have had the surgery I needed to start a healthy lifestyle. She is what we need in this world..I guess God had better plans for her. I pray for her husband and children and all of her family.. They should be proud...she was an Angel here, but now she is an Angel in heaven. I will miss you my beautiful doctor.. Godspeed Angela

What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget.

I am devastated to hear of Dr. Dwivedi's death. She has been my doctor for years. On so many occasions she went above and beyond for me; calling me at home or providing me with her cell number if I needed to talk. She was solace for me during some hard times. Always gentle, always loving, and never judgemental. I remember when the boys came into your life; I felt your joy with you. I am so devastated for your husband, sons, and family. I hope my angel was there to welcome you at the gates...I know she was...

Surekha was my 'spiritual little sister' whom I first met in Tucson Arizona. She was fascinated by the mysteries of life and the universe; like in 'the Little Prince', I will see Surekha's contagious smile and laughter in the sky and stars. She will always have a special place in my heart! So will Jon, Jonathan and Shawn. With love-Marsha

There are no words that can express my heart felt sympathy at learning of Dr. Dwivedi's passing this morning in the APP. My family had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Dwivedi's at MFM in Freehold on many occasions through the years. I always requested her if she was on duty and I was a walk-in patient. She was a caring, kind, compassionate Dr. who never rushed you through your appointment ~ no matter how many patients were in the waiting room. It was evident to me that she truly loved being a doctor. She always had a smile on her face and never seemed harried...She had a wonderful calm about her~ that calmed me. Even if I hadn't seen her personally on a visit and I saw her outside the patient room's she always had a smile and kind word for me...and remembered my name... My heart breaks for a gifted Dr, a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister taken too soon. I will always remember her lovely, gracious way she treated me, my daughter..and how my husband came back after seeing her for strep and said how much he liked her. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. Had I known she had been sick, I would have written her a note telling her how much she meant to my family and how we appreciated all the times she took care of us..and how much it meant to us. There is truly an angel up there. We will miss you and I will keep your family close in my prayers.
