Thomas E. "Butch" Cogan

AGE: 56 • Keansburg

Thomas E. "Butch" Cogan, 56 of Keansburg, NJ, formerly of New York City died peacefully Thursday, June 30, 2011 in Riverview Medical Center. He was born December 15, 1954 in NYC, Son of the late Thomas J. Cogan and the late Mary Bergen Cogan. He was employed by Teamster's Theatrical Union Local 817 of New York City.

He is survived by his loving Son & Daughter-in-Law Thomas & Katharine P. Cogan of Middletown, NJ, Sister Ellen B. Cogan of Keansburg, Sister & Brother-in-law Maureen & Timothy Shannon of Keansburg, Brother Timothy Cogan of Cliffside Park, NJ, Cherished Nephew & Niece Timothy & Kelly Shannon, Devoted Aunts Barbara Spitz Faden and Beatrice Carney and Many Loving Cousins. Friends will be received 4 to 9pm , Friday, July 1 2011 at the Laurel Funeral Home 201 Laurel Avenue West Keansburg, NJ 07734. Funeral will be held Saturday, July 2, 2011 at 9:15am from the funeral home and 10:15am at St. Ann's RC Church in Keansburg.
