Thomas Myers Obituary
Carteret - Thomas Myers,60, of Carteret, died on Monday, March 22, 2021 at University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro. He was born in Perth Amboy and lived in Carteret for many years. He was a truck driver for J.B. Hunt for seven years. Thomas was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth Church in Carteret. He is predeceased by his father, Arthur Myers. Thomas is survived by his wife, Pat Myers; his three sons, Christopher, Stephen(Mary Kate), and Corey Myers; his grandson, Robbie; his mother, Anna Myers; his sister, Susan Dewitz (George); his nephews, Jason(Rosa) and Geoffrey(Colleen); great nephew, Geoffrey Jr. and other relatives and friends. The funeral will be on Saturday, March 27, 2021 starting at 9 AM at Synowiecki Funeral Home, 56 Carteret Avenue in Carteret, followed by a 9:30 AM Mass at Divine Mercy Parish-Holy Family Church in Carteret. Private Cremation will be held. Visitation will be on Friday, from 6 PM to 8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association would be appreciated.

Tom was the best, he called me every morning at 420am and have a venting session then say OK, have a nice day, let me get on the road. He will be missed very much! Tom rest in peace.

I’m so sorry!
I looked forward to seeing Tom every morning in the Bethlehem office. We would often discuss the crazy set up (routing) of the loads given to us from C&S. He is greatly missed!
