Bill was a great friend of mine. We served together in Germany and we went to Sarajevo Bosnia together. We were inseparable In Germany and Bill would carve our Turkey on Thanksgiving. This year we are celebrating our thanksgiving with our friends from Germany. Here in Kentucky and we were reminiscing our great times with Bill. He was always a positive influence and kept all of us in our early 20s under control. He was like a father to many of us. We used to tease him about his heavy accent.

Although I have not seen or communicated with Bill since high school graduation back in Iselin NJ (1977). I do have great memories of Bill and his long curly hair and remembered him on the Varsity basketball team. Bill was a great guy than and I'm certain that he stayed that way throughout these years. My deepest condolences to your family who will miss you greatly. I'm certain that we will meet again one day and I'm looking forward to seeing that long curly hair again. Lou
