Paul was born on August 24, 1965 in Kansas City, Missouri and was adopted by loving parents, Frank and Kathleen Victor. He graduated from Barstow High School in KC, MO and then attended the University of Minnesota, Duluth and the University of Kansas before starting a twenty-three year long career as a banker for Norbank. Paul is survived by his wife, Carla Schmitz; his daughter, Kasaundra Victor and her partner Jacob Smith; his step-daughter, Kelsi Schmitz; his sister, Anne Marie Lopez and her husband Joe; as well as many fur babies, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. May your memories give you peace and comfort of your loved one. Words fall short of expressing my sorrow for the loss of your loved one. May GOD be with you all during this difficult time. 1 Thessalonians 4:14 For if we have faith that Jesus died and rose again, so too God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in death through Jesus.
