Alan N. Boswell of Cherry Hill, NJ, died May 17, 2014. He was 63. Beloved husband for 30 years to Carol Lynn (nee Sgrignioli). Loving father of Kelly Lynn Boswell of Vail, CO; Kristy Anne Boswell of Anchorage, AK and John Michael Boswell of Cherry Hill, NJ. Dear brother of Gary D. Boswell (Sally) of Springfield, VA; Paula Rhodes (Mac) of Harrisonburg, VA and David M. Boswell (Teri Li) of Vienna, VA.
Viewing Thursday morning 9:30 to 11:15am in Christ Our Light RC Church, 402 N. Kings Highway, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday 11:30am. Interment private. In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory may be made to The Multiple Sclerosis Association of America, 706 Haddonfield Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002. Dear Carol,
So very sad for you and your children as Alan was such a loving,dedicated and proud husband and father. Our years working at Hermans Sporting Goods bring back so many happy memories such as the time Alan was smitten by this great gal fitting her for ski boots while she jokeingly accused him of looking up her skirt. Your laughter could be heard across the store,the twinkle in his eye told us this was a very special girl.Yours was a marriage made in heaven, how lucky and blessed you both were. He took such great care of my plants when I moved away that I hardly recognized them 1 yr later! He should have had his own DIY Tv show! Alan was a great friend, a kind, gentle soul who will be greatly missed.

When I heard from you the other day, I had the date wrong and did not realize how recently this occurred until the morning when Pam called. We are devastated and I've had non stop memory recall of all our times together. I will forever be skiing in the bumps with Alan. Our love, thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Linda and I were so sadden by the death of Alan. He was always a positve element around the Sgrignioli famity. Easy to converse with and fiu to be with. Words are so inadaquate to describe his loss and what it means to all that knew him. If he could speak to us he would say to "Live life to the Fullest. He will be greatly missed.

Dear Carol,
Alan and I shared many years together at the Datastore. He was a true gentleman. Always pleasant and a pleasure to be around. A proud father, he spoke of his children frequently at work.
When I think of Alan, I automatically think of you as you and he have been together for so long. I still remember attending your wedding.
I'm shocked and saddened at this sudden loss.

Carol, I am so sad to hear about Alan. He really is one of the best people I knew.
