Mr Glowgowski taught me civics at PHS and guided me to do my best and to come out of my shell. He chose me and Lucy to follow the election involving Kennedy and Nixon and present a debate. Really interesting. He made a huge difference in my life after his coaching. We lost a great teacher-strongly wish today's students would experience one like him and learn civics.

Marilyn, I am deeply sorry that Walter has passed. He was a great guy who helped me throughout my career and my personal life. Walter introduced me to crabbing at the Wye River. He gave me multiple fig trees for my first home in Delaware. I still have the backhoe Walter sold to me years ago! I hope the many memories shared by all who knew Water help you find peace and comfort.

Marilyn and Family, on behalf of the Irem Shriners Shepherds we are sorry for your loss. Walter was a true gentleman and cared deeply for our support of children and families treated at Shriner´s Hospitals. He volunteered as a driver for many years and was instrumental in fund raising for Irem and the hospitals. We all looked forward to his homemade soups lovingly made for our sustenance year after year at the Shriners Circus. We have lost a good man who made a difference in the lives of so many. Our prayers are with you and family. Farewell my brother!

Marilyn,
I did not have the pleasure of knowing Walter personally, yet it is clear from his obituary that Walter was an extraordinary many who lived an equally remarkable life dedicated to education, service to and compassion for others. Walter clearly touched so many lives. May the ripple effects of his passions continue to reach and teach for generations to come. God Bless.

We are so sorry for your loss. Walter taught me drafting in 1970 at Dallas Jr, High. Those skills stayed with me and I have used them for the rest of my life. . We had nice conversations when I would run into him at Tony´s Diner for breakfast. The world has lost a fine gentleman. He will be missed by many. May he rest peacefully in the arms of the Lord
