I continue to think about Terry often as I see his great artwork we have throughout are home. I have great memories of the time we spent together. Like putting a whole in a trailer floor and the expression he used when he was surprised and when he slammed on the brakes to look at a landscape perspective he wanted to paint. He was a great friend.

Terry was a very special person. I enjoyed every minute I spent with him. He was a great artist. When we look at his art we have an ongoing living memory of the special mark Terry left on the world.

Pam, sorry for yours and all of our loss.

Only met him once during one of his demonstrations of tempera painting at Andrew Wyeth's studio. Asked a lot of questions not intending to dominate the talk but he was very interested to chat with other artists and especially discuss tempera. We hit it off well with our chats and had a few phone calls to talk more about art. He was very kind and generous, with a follow-up package of sample tempera pigments, board and book on the subject. Never had a clue he was confronting any problems until he confessed his illness and hopes someone would take over the class.

I met Terry when he was a young boy. My brother, Ned, and he were friends. Ned has lots of fond memories of Terry and some of the exploits they would get into as kids. Most recently Terry has been a good friend to Ned for the past few years. One of Terry's drawings of a house in the Brandywine area in Wilmington hangs on my wall today. I am so sorry for this tremendous loss in your life. Peace be with you. Marie Stucker Rhodes

Terry is a incredible artist and a kind and thoughtful man.I could always call Terry when I had something on my mind that I had to workout. We traveled together fishing and just hanging out talking art and life. I will miss his voice and his company forever. We had so much more to do and talk about. I love the man like a brother and will always think of him when I am in a art gallery or fishing somewhere or just holding my cat in my lap...............God bless you Terry and you will always be in my heart.

I served in the Delaware Army National Guard, the 1049th Transportation Company for 6 years. I always remember he was sketching something. Would love to know if he still has them. I met his brother Bill working in the gas station with all the guys from William Penn. his brother Charlie was a neighbor and friend in Townsend. Small Delaware world! May He Rest In Peace!

I am sorry for your loss. Please take comfort in knowing that God is also hurt and that you can turn to him for comfort. James 4: 8 says "Draw close to God and he will draw close to you".
