Erika Callihan Obituary
She was born Aug. 17, 1991, in Jacksonville, the daughter of Rodney Blackwell and Teresa Icenogle of Beardstown.
Surviving are her parents; two sons, Seth James and Memphis Zane Blackwell of Beardstown; her brother, Adam Blackwell of Beardstown; her maternal grandmother, Patsy Icenogle of Beardstown; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Clarence Icenogle; her paternal grandparents, Earl and Dorothy Blackwell; and her uncle, Jamie Blackwell.
Erika graduated from Beardstown High School in the class of 2010. She had worked for Liberty Foods in Beardstown, Rushville County Market, and currently with JBS in Beardstown. Erika was spunky. She loved life, animals, classic rock music, playing softball, but most of all, she loved her sons.
Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Monday at Colwell Memorial Home in Beardstown. Burial will be at the Beardstown City Cemetery. The family will meet with friends one hour prior to the services at the memorial home.
Memorials have been suggested to the family.

I dont know any of u but I feel for u I lost a young friend this year and she has a little boy now with out a mom just like your daughter but u got to remember she's at peace and with jesus and she watching over all of u God be with you all and your in my prayers and thoughts

So sad Erika is gone. I will always remember her playing softball, and her energetic personality. I know all of you are hurting deeply, but know that I will keepyou in my thoughts and prayers.
