White Hall, IL - Judith L. "Judy" Goodall, 84, of White Hall passed away early Wednesday morning, June 22, 2022 at Scott County Nursing Center in Winchester. She was born June 21, 1938 in White Hall the daughter of Thomas Leonard and Geraldine Marie Guthrie Hart. She married William R. Goodall on October 4, 1956 in Mississippi and he preceded her in death on January 30, 2020.
She is survived by three children, Steven (Sheri) Goodall of Roodhouse, Linda Coultas of White Hall and Tracy (Pat) Rembusch of Springfield; 8 grandchildren, Bryan (Gretchen) Goodall, Shane Coultas, Amy (Chris) Urzi, Luke (Lindsey) Coultas, Sara (Brittney) Coultas, Jordyn Graham, Lindsey (Garrett) Ducat and Cody White; 10 great-grandchildren, Dalton and Parker Coultas, Libby, Lucy and Leo Coultas, Abigail and Carmelina Urzi and Emilyn and Braden Goodall; two great-great grandsons, Nathaniel and Oliver Coultas; one brother, Caryl (Deanna) Hart of Jacksonville; two sisters, Marsha (Brad) Wolke of St. Peters, MO and Stephanie (Ron) Berry of Virginia and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one sister, Linda Lou Hart and one great-grandson, Coleman Urzi.
Judy worked for many years as a Loan Officer and Vice President at Elliott State Bank in Jacksonville, Premier Bank in White Hall and later at Town and Country Bank. She was a member of Christ United Methodist in White Hall. She had been a Girl Scout Leader for her daughter's troops and had been a member of the White Hall/Roodhouse Junior Women's Club. She loved hosting family gatherings and spending time with her family. She enjoyed reading, cooking, traveling and taking day trips and rarely missed any of her grandchildren and great grandchildren's sporting events, dance and tumbling and cheerleading events.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 27, 2022 at Christ United Methodist in White Hall with burial at White Hall Cemetery. The family will meet friends from 12:00-2:00 p.m. on Monday at the church. Memorials are suggested to the White Hall Police Department Youth Fund.
