Matthew Dawber Obituary
He was born Jan. 24, 1972, in White Hall, the son of Alfred A. and Patricia Ruth Anderson Dawber Sr. He married Stacie Elizabeth Rabe on March 2, 1996, at Jerseyville, and she survives.
He is also survived by his children, Virginia Ruth Dawber and Matthew Austin Dawber, both at home; stepdaughter Carmen Freand of Middleton; stepson Dennis Freand of Jacksonville; stepgrand-daughter Chloe Flagg of Middleton; father of White Hall; sisters Connie (Kevin) Barre of Bremerton, Washington, Robin (Chuck) Coleman of Murrayville, and Kathy Dawber of White Hall; brothers Alfred "Butch" (Nancy) Dawber of White Hall, Stephen (Beverly) Dawber of Dixon, Missouri, Charles (Linda) Dawber of Jerseyville, Mark (Tina) Dawber of Carlinville, and Timothy (Shirley) Dawber of New Braunfels, Texas; nieces and nephews Sydney, Mike, Andy, Brandon, Charles "Ben," Jennifer, Casey "Alex," and Jessica; several grand-nieces and nephews; and special friends John and Dixie Campbell, Sally and Billie Balcom, and Mark and Cristy Hallock. He was preceded in death by his mother; brother Alec Dawber; and a sister in infancy.
Matthew was a 1991 graduate of North Greene High School. He worked as a truck driver for Rex Evans Cartidge of Murrayville for the past 11 years. He was a member of the White Hall Sportsman's Club and enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Graveside memorial services will be held 10 a.m. Friday in White Hall Cemetery. A reception and meal will be served following services at Butch and Nancy Dawber's home on Route 67, south of White Hall. Memorials are suggested to his family. Condolences may be left online at airsman-hires.com. Airsman-Hires Funeral Home in White Hall is in charge of arrangements.

So sorry to hear about Matt I worked with him he will sure be missed he was a good friend it sure won't be the same with out him around again so sorry for your loss
