Dora Hoffman

Dora Hoffman Funeral services for Dora Hoffman, 78, of Plainview, will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Hale Center First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jimmy Cameron officiating. Burial will be in Parklawn Cemetery in Plainview by Freeman-Abell Funeral Home of Hale Center. Mrs. Hoffman died Thursday, June 10, 2004, in Fort Collins, Colo. She was born Feb. 11, 1926, in Hamilton and married Robert Klatt on Feb. 14, 1942, in East Texas. He is deceased. In December 1965, she married R.D. Hoffman. He died in 1987. She was a longtime Cotton Center resident and moved to Plainview in 1994. She had lived in Fort Collins for the past year. Survivors include her four children, Art Klatt of Stillwater, Okla., Roberta Overman of Fort Collins, Colo., and Peggy Einertson and Bobby Klatt, both of Lubbock; two stepdaughters, Janie and Kathy; a brother, John Leitko of Fort Worth; two sisters, Leona Fulton of Hamilton and Ella Tischler of Fort Worth; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Viewing will be from 1-6 p.m. today at Freeman-Abell Funeral Home.
