Pauline Muniz Obituary

Pauline 'PeeWee' Muniz Funeral Mass for Pauline "PeeWee" Muniz, 70, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with the Rev. Raymundo Manriquez, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery by Kornerstone Funeral D irectors of Plainview. A rosary will be held at 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mrs. Muniz died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2008, in Plainview. She was born June 20, 1937, in Spur. She married Tino Muniz in 1957, in Artesia, N.M. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Elsa Muniz of Plainview; three sons, Pedro Muniz and Johnny Ray Muniz, both of Plainview, and Jaime Muniz of San Antonio; five brothers, Lupe Hernandez and Oscar Molinar, both of Artes ia, N.M., Tommy Hernandez of Albuquerque, N.M., Tommy Molinar of Floydada and Carlos Molinar of Lockney; two sisters, Cuca Villapando of Plainview and Lule Esquivel of Artesia, N.M.; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
