Donald was born Oct. 24, 1957 in Chicago, the son of Stanley and Virginia (Dippel) Gizel. On July 7, 1984, Donald married Patricia Madsen and she survives.
Friends may call on Jan. 1, 2015 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Jackson Funeral Service of DeMotte. Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. on Jan. 1, at the funeral home with Chad Rentschler officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
