Susan Pochon Obituary
Susan was born in Rensselaer on May 29, 1956, the daughter of William C. and Phyllis (Myers) Davis. Susan married Jeffrey Pochon on March 3, 1984, at the Bethany Evangelical Church in Rensselaer, and he survives.
Susan graduated from Rensselaer High School. She worked as a Dietary Assistant at Jasper County Hospital for four years. She enjoyed working as a crossing guard for the local schoolchildren. She helped with the American Cancer Society and spent over 10 years volunteering with the St. Joseph soccer program (Rensselaer Regional Soccer Program).
Susan is survived by her husband, Jeffrey; sons, Jeremy Pochon, Michael Pochon, Dustin Pochon, Austin Pochon; brother, Earl (Gretchen) Davis; and half-brother, Steve (Valerie) Davis.
She was preceded in death by her parents and in-laws, Max and Joan Pochon.
A Graveside Service will be held at Memory Gardens, Rensselaer, on Friday, March 10 at 1 p.m. CT with Reverend Marcia Smith Wood officiating.
Jackson Funeral Chapel of Rensselaer has been entrusted with the arrangements.
