I am so sorry for your loss. I knew Adam through high school and spent time with him on several occasions. He was always so sincere and intelligent combined with the ability to make people laugh. He truly was unique and precious. Last year I lost my brother so I know how much this hurts. Just know that Adam was able to touch the lives and hearts of many and in that way his spirit continues on. And as your hearts heal your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Jayne and Mike. This is truly a sad day for you both and the rest of your family. Adam did, indeed, pack a lot of living into his short life, and I hope this somehow gives you comfort. My heart and prayers go out to you both. Jayne, I love you dearly and wish I could be there for you. Please know that I will keep you near me now. Let me know if you need anything.

Dearest Jayne, Mike, Megan and Caitlin,
No words are sufficient to comfort a grieving mother, father, and saddened sisters. Just know that God has a plan we cannot see and that Adam's life was precious to the Almighty as well as to all who knew him.
His Granny holds him in her arms and bids us celebrate his new life above.

Dear Jane and girls, I don't know how long it has been since we have talked to you. Only about 30 minutes ago did I hear of Adam's death. Angela called and left me a message about Adam. I am so sorry Charlie and I are not there to be with you during this very hard time.I know this has been an incrediable shock to you. I am truly lost for words. Adam was a very unique young man, and he gave so much during his short life here on earth. Please email us or call. I don't have your telephone number, but I would love to talk with you. If you need me, I will certainly come down there to be with you. God bless you. Please let me know what I can do to help. (I feel very helpless. Hear from you soon, Love Georgia and Charlie.

I probably know the least about Adam of those who are expressing their condolences. I have the greatest admiration for Adam as he made many friends and impressed every one he met with the high quality of his work, during his short visit to India recently. He worked with my colleagues in India and every one there is shocked at his untimely passing away - from the security guards to the software developers in my office there. Adam was a great worker, a good person, very humble and modest, a good friend every one would be happy to have and I am sure a wonderful son. He will be sorely missed and I know his family and close friends will cherish their memories of Adam for as long as they live.
To live in the hearts of those you leave behind is not to die - that is Adam. May he be remembered for ever.

Jayne,
Words cannot express the shock of the news of Adam's passing. I can't even begin to image what you must be going through. I know that you love Adam deeply. I pray that he had a personal relationship with Christ, for his word gives us promise of eternal life. I offer my prayers and sympathies to you Megan, Catlin and also to Mike & his wife.
I read Adam's obituary and it struck me that he is a very gifted and caring young man. He surely left his mark in a life that was all too short on this earth. May God bless all of Adam's family and friends.

Writing this is the hardest thing I've ever had to write as you can't really sum up the loss in words on a computer screen. Adam was a great person and friend for as long as I've known him, and he dedicated himself to every cause he knew was right - which is something to be admired and respected these days. To Adam's family, my thoughts and prayers have been with you, know that he's in a better place and that he will be missed.

Funny, sometimes shy and quiet Adam was quite the young man, even in High School. Remember the summer he just shot up and I almost didn't have a uniform tall enough for him? What a wild ride being band parents together turned out to be and what an honor it was to watch all those kids grow up. Keeping the memories of Adam in our hearts and always living up to his belief that each of us in our own way can make a difference will keep his legacy alive. Keep the Faith Stevens Family.

Jayne, Megan, & Caitlin,
We were absolutely stunned and saddened to hear of your loss. We did not have the priveledge of getting to know Adam. The way you always talked about him, we just knew he was a very special and outstanding son and brother in every way. Surely many of his fine qualities came from the love of a special mom and two special sisters. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers and please come knock on our door if there's anything we can do for you.

Jayne, you and your family are in my prayers and my thoughts. I know this is such a difficult time for you and your family but during times like this we have to trust in God and lean totally on him to get through this. I know you have a lot of feelings and emotions you are going through now but you must lean on your faith in the Lord to help your analyze your feelings and put them in perspective. Only time will help you work through the pain of your loss. If you need anything please let me know since I am here in Georgia. Adam's love and spirit will be with you always keep the great memories at the forefront of your mind. They will mean the most as you grieve Adam. I did not get to meet him but as I read the other comments he was a great person and a gift from God. God had a special plan for him. He loves us most and we cannot question his decisions.

Dear Mike, Jayne, Megan, and Catilin,
I remember when you first moved to Myrtle Beach. At that time, Adam and I almost instantly started a friendship that has lasted for many years now. From band trips to working together at Outback and staying in touch throughout college, he (and you) have touched my life in many ways. Adam was a very special friend of mine, the kind of friend not many people have the pleasure of having. I want you to know that I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. These memories will forever hold a place in my heart, as do each of you. Please remember to take each day one day at a time. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Don't hesitate to let me know if there is ever anything I can do for you.
Love always,
