August 19, 1941 - February 10, 2022
Myrtle Beach, South Carolina - Alvin "Al" Robert Norket, 80, passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022.
He was born on August 19, 1941 in Mooresville, NC to the late Paul Robert and Colleen Hart Norket.
Al was the owner of Breeze View Motel. He was also the owner/operator of Myrtle Beach Frame & Collision and Myrtle Beach Tires. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is survived by his wife, Annie "Bonnie" Norket; his children, Michael Robert Norket and his wife Ginger of Myrtle Beach, SC, Joseph Blake Klauder and wife Jammie of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Tracy Cox of Conway, SC; and two grandchildren, Cody Robert Norket (Caylee Stack) and Liam Klauder.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at McMillan-Small Funeral Home with entombment following at Hillcrest Cemetery in Conway. The family will receive friends from 4:00-6:30 PM on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
