Beverly Wilder Obituary
Surfside Beach, SC
Beverly Anne Bopp Wilder, 63 of Surfside Beach died December 25, 2014 at Waccamaw Community Hospital.
Born in Cumberland, MD, she was the daughter of John E. and Frances Bopp. Mrs. Wilder was a homemaker. Her granddaughter, Katherine Wilder preceded her in death.
Surviving in addition to her parents of Myrtle Beach are her ex husband, Benjamin L. Wilder; daughter, Caroline Wilder of Surfside Beach; son, Benjamin K Wilder of Lafayette, LA; granddaughters, Skyla and Lilly and brothers, John, James, Daniel and Jeffrey Bopp.
Memorial services will be at a later date.
Goldfinch Funeral Home, Beach Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

I am so saddened to hear of Bev's passing. Most of our Fort Hill class of 69 had not talked or seen Bev since shortly after graduation. We each had hoped to reminsce with her at a reunion, but we were never able to reach her. I'm sure her life was so busy with her children and grandchildren. We certainly have missed the void, but have many wonderful memories of our fun times both in and out of school. My thoughts and prayers go out to her parents and families. God Bless You All.

I write this note with such a heavy heart. To those of us who grew up with Beverly, she was a wonder! Our reunion planning meetings always came around to "Where is Beverly?" "Has anyone heard from Bev?" We all tried desperately to get a response from her. High School memories fade with time, but I have vivid memories of Beverly and I will never forget her! Cling to the love she gave you and find solace in each others arms!

I have been so despondent since hearing about Beverly! I spent so many hours at the house on Louisiana Ave. walking or riding to school , sleepovers, football games. I always hoped to see her again. Each year we planned the class reunion we would talk strategy as to how we might entice her to return to join us....it was ALWAYS a part of the reunion planning...some stone we had neglected to turn to reach her. She will be missed...RIP Bev...till we meet again !!
