Christopher Perry Obituary

Christopher Sean Perry, age 39, passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at his residence.
Chris was born December 10, 1970 in Turners Falls, MA, the son of James Dimino and Judith Dickinson Dimino.
His grandparents, Harvey Dickinson and Vincent and Lena Dimino, preceded him in death.
Chris was born in Massachusetts and raised in Denver, Colorado. He graduated from Colorado State University in 1994 where he received his Master's Degree in Business Administration. While enrolled at Colorado St. University, Christopher was a member and two year president of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity. After graduating, Christopher was employed for five years by Qwest Communications as a Leadership Development Coordinator. Christopher relocated to Myrtle Beach to become a business owner. He purchased Sign World in Myrtle Beach where he was currently the owner/operator. Chris was a member of the Grand Strand Chamber of Commerce and previously served on the Board of Directors.
Chris will be remembered as a strong father figure for his family and a true man of faith.
Chris is survived by his wife, Julie Perry; his four children, Veda Perry, Sawyer Perry, Shepherd Perry and Grace Perry all of Loris, SC; his sister, Jessica Dimino of Loris, SC; his grandmothers, Doris Dickinson of Little River, SC and Caroline Perry of Saunderland, MA; his niece and nephew, Jude and Marlee Dimino of Loris, SC and countless loving extended family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 15, 2010 at the chapel of McMillan-Small Funeral Home in Myrtle Beach, with Pastor Ted Ragsdale officiating.
Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, May 14 , 2010 at the McMillan-Small Funeral Home.
A private burial will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to; Julie Perry c/o Sign World, 7725 N. Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572, for a fund for their children.

Dear Family,
I'm so sorry to hear your beloved husband and father has passed away. I thought the world of Chris as I got to know him as a customer of Sign World. He was very nice, helpful, and competent in the signage work he did. I am very saddened and will miss him too. May God comfort you.
