Dear family and friends of Collin,

I write on behalf of my girlfriend, Jennifer, and I who happened to be at Conway Medical Center that day. We were profoundly affected and are deeply saddened about your collective loss of this clearly wholesome and gifted little boy. I can tell you that it gave us perspective on our own lives. Love, support and prayers.

Steve and Robyn,

You are in my thoughts and prayers. If there was only something I could do or say to ease the pain. Although I never met him, mom has always bragged about all of the kids as if they were her own and in that Rabon way, he will never be forgotten. My love always.

Dear Steve and Robyn and Family,

God Bless all of you at this time of your loss of Sweet Collin. I remember when that child was born and as he grew up he wanted to be on that ball field with Little Keith and Bennett Fite soooo bad. And we all told him his day was coming. The greatest gift is "a child from God "and to know he belongs to Christ first, and we never do know how long we get to love them and watch over them. We love all of you and will continue to cover you in prayer. There are no words but to tell you how much we love you and will miss him, and Will never forget Collin.

Love,

Jim ,Mary,Katie,Bennett Fite

Steve, Robyn and family:

Words cannot express how sorry we are for your loss. We have lost many family members and close friends, some very recently, but none compare to the loss of a child. Our hearts are broken for you. We pray God's loving arms surround you with love and comfort as only He can give. You are in our prayers.

The Rabon Family,

I never met your wonderful son, and cannot comprehend why this has happened. But I thank God for his promise of eternal life and the hope that I will get to meet Collin one day. I am Delane's brother , living up in Clemson. I know how much her family thought of Collin. He will truly be missed. My family and I will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. That seems so little to offer as of now, but my prayer is that you will feel the comfort and assurance that Collin is in a better place. God, prayers, and friends will be there for you all. We are so sorry.

Respectfully,

Sandy Edge and Family

Dear Robyn,

It's been years and years since we've seen each other (although I occasionally see Keith and Rebecca). I know that there aren't enough words in the world right now to make the pain go away. Just know that friends are caring and thinking of you and your family and are hoping that it helps just a little.

With love and sympathy,

Melissa, Tony & Kaleb Allen

April 17, 2006

Dear Rabon Family:

Our son Kaleb played flag football with Collin about two years ago and Collin's Dad helped the coach (Mitchell Gerald) with coaching the boys. After the season was over Kaleb saw Collin about a year later while waiting on a Birhtday party to begin at the skate arena next door to his Dad's car lot. Collin came over and played with Kaleb in the parking lot until the party began. That is Kaleb's last memory of Collin, the two of them playing having fun together. We are so sorry for your loss and although we did not know your family very well our hearts are so saddened by this tragic accident. We know that words cannot heal the pain that you are feeling but we want you to know that you are in our thoughts and our prayers. Hold fast to the precious memories that you have of your little angel. "When your heart is feeling empty, filling it with happy memories can help you find the smile that is hidden by your pain". God bless each of you!

Mr. and Mrs. Rabon,

I am sending my deepest, sincere condolences to your family. Collin was such a sweet, innocent, and well-mannered child. As his fourth grade teacher, Collin was a very well rounded and smart kid. He was extremely friendly with all students. He met no strangers. I know my words cannot replace your loss, but I hope my words will provide your family with comfort. I will truly miss his physical presence at Conway Elementary, but my fond memories of your son will last forever.

April 17, 2006

I didn't know Collin but learned a lot of good things about him in Sunday School yesterday from Kori Hagerud and Donna Richardson, both of whom teach at Conway Elementary. Also "Aunt Trisha" is a member of our church (Jamestown), and through her our entire church is praying for you at this time. Also Dee Dee Dew told me about the fun times on "the cruise." Hold tight to the memories and God's promises. 2 Cor. 12:9. Sincerely, Rachel and Johnny Allen
