Connie Sue Adkins, 57, passed Friday, March 08, 2013 at McLeod Loris Community Hospital. She was born August 28, 1955 in South Charleston, WV a daughter of Ella Johnson and the late Theodore Lovejoy.
In addition to her father, she was predeceased by a son, Elmer Howard Davis.
Mrs. Adkins was of the Baptist faith and had recently retired from Palmetto Paving. She loved photography, making crafts and spending time with the grandchildren.
She is survived by two daughters, Brandy Jones (Gene Harrelson Jr.) of Loris and Wendy Davis (Mike) of Poca, WV; two furry companions, Sasha and Bruiser; two brothers, Junior Jones (JeanAnn) of Rock Branch, WV and Bernard Jones of St. Albans, WV; five sisters, June Shue (Kenny) of Norton, OH, Kathy Saunders (Casey) of Poca, WV, Karen Hendrix of Cross Lanes, WV, Paula Elliott (Mike) of Conway and Loretta Lovejoy of St. Albans, WV; numerous step brothers and step sisters; several nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews; special aunts and uncles; nine grandchildren, Joseph Fields, Samantha Fields (grandson-in-law, Darren Henson), Elizabeth Holley and Joshua Holley, Justin Harrelson, Amber Harrelson, Aubrey Harrelson, Alyssa Harrelson and Aimee Harrelson and many other family and friends who will love and miss her.
The family will receive friends at Watson Funeral Services from 5pm until 7pm Sunday, March 10, 2013.
A Graveside Service will be held 11am Monday, March 11, 2013 at Pee Dee Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.
