Dieter Daniel Obituary
He was born June 20, 1941, in Lampertheim, Germany, a son of Karl and Hilde Daniel.
He was an international engineering manager, Wix Filtration Products Division, for the Dana Corp.
Survivors, in addition to his parents, include his wife, Edith Daniel; a son, Frank Daniel and his wife, Simone, of Lampertheim; a grandchild, Lea Daniel of Lampertheim; and a sister, Sieglinde Linke of Lampertheim.
A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Garden City Beach.
Burial was Monday in Lampertheim.
Memorials may be made to St. Michael's Catholic Church, Habitat for Humanity, P.O. Box 2659, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576.

Ms. Daniels and Frank,
I was so sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Daniels. He was a good man that was always very kind to me when we were neighbors. I have kept you and your family in my daily prayers and wish the Peace of the Lord to each of you.

Dear Edith: I am the brother of Dot Lambert and live in Columbia.
