Eileen R. Demko HAMILTON Eileen R. Demko, 87, of Hamilton passed away on Monday, Nov. 18, 2019, at Capital Health Regional Medical Center, Trenton. Born and raised in Trenton, she was a Trenton/Hamilton resident for most of her life and also resided in Whiting for 22 years until returning to Hamilton in mid-2018. Eileen retired in 1995, as a bookkeeper with Hamilton Township Department of Public Works, was a former member of St. Stephen's Church, Trenton and a member of St. Raphael's Church, Hamilton. She was an accomplished cook and enjoyed needlepoint, her beloved dogs and trips to Atlantic City. She was the daughter of the late Louis and Irene Balaszi Bartlomei, mother of the late Louis and his late wife, Sharon and wife for 66 years of the late Joseph D. Demko III. She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Joseph Demko and Stephen and Lisa Demko; her sister, Delores Venanzi and husband, Ron; her grandchildren, Kristina Landolfi and husband, Ralph; Steven J. Demko and Cassandra Demko and her great-granddaughter ,Layla Landolfi. Funeral services will begin on Tuesday, Nov. 26 at 10:30 a.m. from Kingston & Kemp Funeral Home, 260 White Horse Ave., Hamilton (KingstonandKemp.com). Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. at St. Raphael's Church, 3500 S. Broad St., Hamilton. Interment will follow at St. John's Cemetery, Main St., Allentown.
