Joe got to beach every day between 9:45 and 10:15 am. He knew everyone on that stretch of beach. He was nicknamed "Joe the Mayor" by us other local beach goers. That´s a reflection of his presence and of our respect for him. He was great company and a good buddy. He will be remembered and sorely missed.
