Marshall D. Hay Jr. 71 husband of Mimi Hay, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2015.
Marshall was co-owner of Latif's Bakery and Restaurant.
A Memorial Celebration will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, November 2, 2015, at McMillan-Small Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Kitty L. Davy General Endowment Fund, for the long term financial stability of the Meher Baba Spiritual Center, 10200 North Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572.
