Robert McLinskey Obituary

Robert William McLinskey age 80, died Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at his residence.
Born in Plainfield, NJ, he was a son of the late John and Mary McLinskey. Mr. McLinskey was a U.S. Marine Corp veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and a member of the Jaycee's. He was also a member of the VFW in Murrells Inlet. Mr. McLinskey was a dedicated family man. He was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church and a faithful member of the Holy Catholic Faith. He is preceded in death by a son, William Charles McLinskey and his wife, Marilyn Mae McLinskey.
Survivors include his sons, Timothy McLinskey of GA and Charles Douglas McLinskey of Murrells Inlet; a daughter, Sharon G. Bowlin of Asheville, NC and two sisters, Mae Coley of NJ and Evelyn McCormack of NJ.
A memorial service will be held at 9:30 AM Saturday, May 29, 2010 at St. Michael Catholic Church with Father Ray Carlo officiating.
