Ruth Glendinning Obituary

Ruth Glendinning, 85, wife of 60 years to Hylands "Glen" Glendinning passed away Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013 after a short illness.
Mrs. Glendinning was born in Bronx, NY, a daughter of the late John and Jennie Hassan Nesbitt. She was a retired RN, a homemaker and a member of Myrtle Beach Bible Chapel. Mrs. Glendinning was a Godly woman who exemplified Proverbs 31. She loved sewing and handcrafts.
Surviving in addition to her husband of Conway are 3 sons John Hylands Glendinning and Janet of Conway, Ross Glendinning and Wendy of Coopersburg, PA and Paul Glendinning and Bonnie of Myrtle Beach, 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, 1 brother Douglas Nesbitt and Phyllis of Santa Rosa, CA.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 am Monday, Oct. 28, 2013 at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-6 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
The family would like to thank all of the medical professionals, especially Dr. Boatwright and his staff, who provided excellent care for their wife and mother.
