Thomas Collins Obituary
Surfside Beach
Thomas "T.C." Collins age 75, died peacefully Monday, September 25, 2017 at his residence, with his family by his side.
Formerly of Fort Mill, SC, he was a son of the late Oscar Franklin and Lillian Kathleen Collins. An avid fisherman, T.C. managed 2 fishing piers and had fishing buddies up and down the east coast.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Harriett Collins; a daughter, Lynn Johnson of Summerdale, AL; sons, Thomas Kevin Collins(Christine) of Woodbridge, VA and Oscar Bradley Collins (Missi) of Garden City; grandchildren, Joseph, Gary, Collin, T.J. and Madison; a great-granddaughter, Sophia and a sister, Joyce Patterson (Benny).
A memorial service will be held at the sea wall cross at Belin Memorial United Methodist Church in Murrells Inlet on Sunday, October 1, 2017 at 4:30 PM.

We just learned of TC's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. We had some great days on the pier. TC was such a character and we'll miss him dearly. I'll never forget the day he caught the king after the boat caught his line. God bless and our condolences.
