Murrells Inlet
Victor L. Engelhard, 76, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2012. Vic was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, to parents Ray and Mabel Engelhard, now deceased. He is survived by his wife, Jean Engelhard of Murrells Inlet; a daughter, Vicki Cook of Murrells Inlet; two sons, Michael Engelhard of Orlando, Florida and David Engelhard (Leslie) of Morehead City, NC; a sister, Judith McQuillan (Bobby) of Bridgeport, CT; three Grandchildren, John, Crystal and Bonnie; six Great Grandchildren.
Vic was a retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer and will be interned at Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to, Disabled American Veterans, Chapter 30, 2987 Church St., Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. A Guest Book is available at www.myrtlebeachfuneralhome.com
