William A. Spadafora (95) passed away on February 27, 2017. William was born in Queens, NY and is preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Rita L. He is survived by a son William F. (Alice) of Ronkonkoma, NY, a daughter Janet Marciano of Albany, NY, a son Paul of Avondale Estates, GA, 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. William served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and was honorably discharged as a Quartermaster 2C. He was a longtime parishioner of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Murrells Inlet and was a 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus in Garden City, SC. William's remains have been interned at Hillcrest Cemetery, Conway, SC.
