Died: October 7, 2022 in Rochester, MN
Tammie Lee (Sadnick) Walgenbach, 63, of Oglesby, passed away Friday, October 7, 2022, at the Mayo Clinic Methodist Hospital in Rochester, MN.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, October 13, 2022, at the Prey-Mueller Funeral Home, Oglesby, with Rev. Marc Strand officiating. Private burial will take place in Fairview Cemetery, Tonica at a later date. Visitation will be held 4-7:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Walgenbach was born October 17, 1958 in Peru to James E. and Virginia (Eaton) Sadnick. She married Thomas Walgenbach on February 28, 1976 at Zion United Church of Christ, Peru.
Mrs. Walgenbach was a loving housewife and mother and enjoyed flower gardening, cooking, family gatherings and spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas Walgenbach Sr.; two children, Thomas (Angela) Walgenbach Jr. of Oglesby and Trisha (Pete) Mangold of Ottawa; five grandchildren, Kendra and Jameson Walgenbach and Payton, Jackson and Landon Mangold; her parents, James and Virginia Sadnick of Oglesby; four brothers and sisters, James Sadnick, Carrie Calkins, Sandy Lawson and Martin Sadnick and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents and her mother and father-in-law.
Pallbearers will be John Didlinger, Bryan Sadnick, Bradley Sadnick, Doug Touchette, Doug Touche and Bob Lawson. Honorary pallbearers will be Payton Mangold and Kendra Walgenbach.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
