Aaliyah Faith Tolbert was a bright light who touched the hearts of her family though the promise of her was only 17 weeks in the womb. The anticipation of her arrival was deeply felt.
Remarkably, she was a gentle presence, causing no nausea for her mother, instead bringing cravings for pickles and sour foods. It was as if she shared a secret connection with her mother, expressing her little preferences and enjoying these tangy treats alongside her.
Her big brother Chad Wilson was particularly excited about welcoming his baby sister into the world. Though they never met face to face, Chad will always hold a special place in his heart for his baby sister, as he dreamed of being the best big brother she could ever have had.
The love for Aaliyah Faith was large, and she will be remembered with great love. Her short story reminds us of the fragility and beauty of life.
