Abdo Madany Obituary
Abdo is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Marina; devoted children, Natalya (Bashar) Ashkar, John (Stacy) Madany, and Abraham (Amy) Madany; cherished grandchildren, Julian and Jonathan Ashkar, Alex, Aidan and Austin Madany, and Christian and Marina Madany; and his dearest sister, Mari (the late Jozef) Obeidi. He was preceded in death by a sister, Elaine (Naim) Yatros, and brothers Ibrahim (Barbara) Madany and Frank (the late Mukrime) Madany.
Family and friends may gather for visitation at the Basilica of Saint Mary, 18200 Merriman Road, Livonia, on Thursday evening, June 22, from 6-8 pm. A prayer service will commence at 7:30 pm.
Abdo's funeral ceremony is planned for Friday morning, June 23, at 11:00 am (in state 10:00 am), also at the Basilica of Saint Mary.
Interment will follow at Glen Eden Memorial Park, Livonia.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Basilica of Saint Mary.
