He was born on Friday, May 27, 1994, in Adams Co., IN. to Ben L. and Mary Shetler. He was married to Edith (Schwartz) Shetler. Abraham was of the Old Order Amish Church.
Survivors include his wife, Edith (Schwartz) Shetler, Monroe, IN, four children, Aden, Lora, Micah, and Caleb, parents, Mary & stepfather John Wickey, Monroe, IN, 5 brothers, Tim B. (Emma), Stephen B. (Melinda), Andy B. (Esther), Jerome B. (Martha), and Vernon B. Shetler, 4 sisters, Elizabeth B. (Henry), Barbara B. (Ruben), Rosina B. (Menno), and Maryanne B. (special friend, Chris) all of Adams Co.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ben L. Shetler, sisters, Delila B. Schwartz and Lovina Schwartz, and stepbrother, John H. Wickey.
Viewing will be at the Abraham B. Shetler residence located at 640 W. 50 S. Monroe, IN. 46772 on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, January 8, 2025.
Funeral service will be at the Abraham B. Shetler residence at 9:00 AM on Thursday, January 9, 2025, with Bishop Chris L. Graber officiating. Interment will follow in the Winchester Amish Cemetery.
Arrangements are being handled by Downing & Glancy Funeral Home in Geneva.
