Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, August 8, 2022 at Memorial Park South Chapel with interment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery. Bishop A. B. Stewart and Pastor Cameron Leppo will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Sunday, August 7, 2022 and from 9:00 to 11:00 A.M. Monday, August 8, 2022 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.
Mr. Hernandez was born August 13, 1968 to Daniel S. Hernandez, Sr. & Evangelina DeLeon Hernandez in Palacios, Texas. He worked as an inserter for Baldor and attended Oakwood First Church.
He is survived by his wife, Melisa Hernandez of Flowery Branch, GA; mother, Evangelina Hernandez of Palacios, TX; sons, Adam Hernandez, Jr. of Flowery Branch, GA, and Bryson Gooch of Gainesville, GA; son & daughter-in-law, Gino & Andrea Hernandez of Oakwood, GA; son & daughter-in-law, Daniel & Christina Hernandez of Statham, GA; daughters, Meredith Hernandez of Flowery Branch, GA, and Delila Duckworth of Flowery Branch, GA; daughter & son-in-law, Amanda & Trey Cantrell of Gainesville, GA; grandchildren Jesse Hernandez, Kamari Cantrell, Jamarcus (Jr) Hernandez, Jaden Hernandez, Jace Hernandez, Aaliyah Cantrell, Jakob Hernandez, Wyatt Lasseter, Adan Hernandez, Bailey Hernandez, Zakary Hernandez, Jude Hernandez; sisters, Luptia & Steve Evans, Isabel Hernandez, Sylvia Hernandez, Liticia Hernandez and Eva Hernandez; brother, Jesse Hernandez all of Palacios, TX, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel S. Hernandez, Sr., his daughter, Cierra Duckworth and grandchildren, Hazel Hernandez; Addison Hernandez; and Isabelle Hernandez; brother Daniel Hernandez, and sister Hortencia Cambray.
