In Loving Memory of Adam Michael Nicholas
July 24, 1989 – May 22, 2025
Adam Michael Nicholas
was born on July 24th in Fargo, North Dakota, at 8:25 a.m.
He grew up surrounded by a loving family who adored him. Adam is survived by
his father, Troy; his mother, Vicki; his brother, Andrew; and his sister,
Ashley. He is also lovingly remembered by his Aunts & Uncles from
Minnesota, and all his many many cousins.
Adam's childhood began in Horace, ND, where days were filled with adventures
alongside his cousins and bravely battling imaginary bad guys with the Ninja
Turtles. He loved to ride bikes and play outside.
In fifth grade, Adam and his family moved to Woodinville Washington.
He attended Cottage Lake Elementary, where he loved skateboarding, biking,
gaming, and spending time with friends. He continued on to Timbercrest Middle
School and later Woodinville High School.
After high school, Adam worked for IDD Aerospace. In 2015, he joined Vaupell
Northwest, where his dedication, talent, and problem solving skills quickly
earned him respect and more responsibilities. Adam had a remarkable gift for
finding solutions and saving the company money.
Beyond work, Adam treasured time with family and friends: playing board games,
hiking, and traveling. His quick wit, genuine heart, and warm spirit made
him a joy to all who knew him.
Adam wouldn't want us to stay lost in sadness, he would want us to take action
and help someone else. If you know someone who needs support, Adam would want
you to reach out and offer it.
Adam was truly a gift to this world, a bright light that flickered out too
soon. Though there will never be a day we don't think of him, we take comfort
knowing Adam is with God, and that his love and memory live on in each of us.
Today, Adam would be 36. We celebrate his life, his love, and the countless
beautiful moments we shared. Though we miss him deeply, his spirit remains
guiding us, inspiring us, and reminding us of the power of kindness, humor, and
unconditional love.
